Not only was there not a single organic self tanning product on the market, Sonya soon discovered potential health risks in the usage of everyday cosmetic products such as lipstick. She wasn’t prepared to use these products on her own skin and was even more concerned about the risk they posed to her sister, given her cancer diagnosis. It was in these very moments that Eco Tan, her organically certified company was born.
